"Seems good quality. I like that the handle is a little shorter, makes it easier to store. We use it to prepare pizzas then place in pizza oven (then use a longer hadle metal peel for cooking). Great for serving pizzas when cooked too."

"It's a good sized and well made paddle. Used it to make pizza. very useful and once dusted with a bit of flour the pizza slides on it. Given how nice it looks it can easily be used as a cheese board or just for display. Can also be used as a cutting board but I will never want the look to be ruined due to cutting marks."
