Delivery and Shipping

This policy applies to all products purchased online via our website/s (“Products”) and forms part of the Terms and Conditions which apply to your purchase of Products.

 

Delivery Options

 

Standard Delivery - Australia Post

 

We offer free, unlimited standard shipping for all orders of $130 (inclusive of GST) or more. Orders under the value of $130 (inclusive of GST) will incur a flat rate of $11.95 for standard shipping no matter where you are located in Australia.

 

Express Delivery - Australia Post

 

We also offer express shipping for a flat rate of $14.95.

*Please note express shipping is not available in all postcodes of Australia.

Fast 3 Hour & Next Day Delivery - Rendr

 

We also offer Fast 3 Hour delivery for orders placed before 2pm. If the order is placed after 2pm this will be delivered the next day.

*Please note fast delivery is currently not available in all postcodes of Australia.
It is important to note that additional fees apply for this service. At the checkout, prices will be displayed if fast or next day delivery is available to your address.

 

Bulky Items

 

Bulky items, are all items such as bed heads, armchairs, and beach canopies are available for standard delivery in Metro/Outer Metro areas of the following cities: Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide.

These lines are exempt from free shipping, and shipping charges are based on product weight.

All physical gift cards will be sent via express shipping and will incur an additional cost of $4.40 per order.

All e- gift vouchers will be sent via email at no charge.
Gift Cards are NOT eligible for refund or exchange or available for click & collect.

Shipping Charges and Free Shipping Promotions

 

Please note:

  • Any applicable shipping charges for your Order will be shown during the checkout process.
  • We may at our discretion offer limited time Free Shipping promotions from time to time based on the following eligibility criteria:
  • Order is placed during the stated promotional period;
  • Free shipping eligibility registration information must be completed in full (incorrect post codes will be advised in the registration process);
  • Free Shipping offer is valid for all Australian territories;
  • Shipping charges will apply to ineligible Products/Orders; and
  • Free shipping offer is not available for commercial or wholesale/bulk Orders.

Timing of Delivery

 

Please use the tracking number provided in your shipment confirmation to track your shipment. Please allow 1-3 business days for your Order to be dispatched 

You may however experience longer delivery times due to other delivery providers’ issues that are unforeseen or unavoidable events outside our control. 

Our warehouse is open and shipping orders daily Monday to Friday. You can purchase in confidence knowing that your goods will be dispatched from our warehouse within 1-3 business days of placing your order. 

Estimated delivery time within Australia is approximately 2 to 10 days from the date your payment is received. The estimated delivery times are in business days (Monday through Friday excluding public holidays in Victoria and NSW). 

Estimated times are to be used as a guide only depending on your location and the availability of stock. Whilst we endeavour to fulfil all Orders, please note some items, sizes or colours may not be available at time of dispatch. You will be refunded for items not available at time of dispatch. Shipping Method

 

Orders are delivered by Australia Post, Couriers Please or Star Track.

 

We only ship Orders to Australian postal addresses and post office boxes. Unless otherwise agreed by us, we will deliver your Products to the Australian address indicated on your Order Confirmation. We will use our reasonable efforts to deliver your Products to you within the estimated delivery time; however, we do not guarantee that we will deliver within this time frame. We are not responsible for late delivery caused by any of our freight carriers as this is outside our control.  

If you have specified a recipient who is not you, for delivery purposes, then you accept that evidence of a signature by a person who identifies themselves as that person at that delivery address is evidence of delivery to you and fulfilment by us of our delivery obligations. 

Please note:

  • We sell and ship Products only within Australia. We will not make deliveries outside of Australia.
  • Our freight and handling fees do not include insurance and we are not responsible for any damage, destruction or loss of or to the Products after delivery to the freight carriers.

Safe Drop

 

All orders are delivered with Authority to Leave, also known as Safe Drop.This means, your order will be left in a safe place at the delivery address if there is no one there to sign for the delivery. The delivery driver determines if there'san appropriate safe, secure and weather-proof spot to leave the parcel.  If Safe Drop isn't suitable, either because of bad weather or other factors, the delivery driver may choose to take it to a localcollection pointto be collected(such as your localpost office).  If this happens, you'll be notified by card to let you know where and when you can collect the delivery.

 

Order Tracking

 

After your Order has been dispatched, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided, with details of the freight carrier and a tracking number which you can use to track the shipping status of your Order.

  • You will need to contact the freight carrier directly if you wish to update your delivery instructions.
  • For Australia Post, visit https://auspost.com.au and click the login option at the top right-hand corner and select MyPost. If you already have an account, you can log straight in. Otherwise, click the 'Sign up for MyPost' link.
  • For Couriers Please, submit a query via their contact form.

Cancellation or Change of Mind

 

Subject to the Terms and Conditions that apply to your Order, it may be possible for you to cancel or change your Order if your Order has not started the packing process in our warehouse. Delivery of Regulated Knives

Please note that the delivery of regulated knives may be subject to verification of identity and age at the time of delivery, in accordance with local laws. If required, you will be asked to provide valid identification before the goods can be handed over. Failure to comply with this requirement may result in the cancellation of your order.
