A quirky addition to any afternoon tea set, this fine china cake stand features the iconic quotes, 'Have I gone mad?' and 'Curiouser and curiouser!' Each tier of this cake stand features a different design, inspired by an Alice in Wonderland card game based on artwork by Sir John Tenniel (1820 - 1914). The bottom tier shows Alice and the Queen of Hearts, while the middle tier depicts Alice in conversation with the Cheshire Cat. To top things off, tier number 3 is in the style of a cup and saucer, with illustrations of pocket watches, golden keys and top hats. There is a looped handle, too, so it can be easily transported from one room to another. These beautiful black and white prints are finished with a luxury touch of gold decal.
