The set is made of top quality chrome steel. The rollers are made of anodised aluminium alloy, a distinctive feature of Marcato products, whereas combs and scrapers are made of polymeric resin so as to not release harmful particles onto the pasta and to guarantee a product that is 100% healthy and genuine.
