Delivery Note

Mattress is shipped compressed, rolled, and boxed for easy setup. It will expand to its full shape within approximately 24 hours after unpacking. This item cannot be delivered to a PO Box, only to a street address - a return fee will be charged if product/s are sent to a PO Box. Change of mind returns are typically not accepted but are considered on a case-by-case basis. Return to sender & change of mind return products are applicable to 15% nominal restocking fees which will be deducted prior to refund.
